Back of arms, thighs (front and sides), backside

yep --****s right! but if you're injecting right before you go for a walk or run, avoid your thighs. the insulin will absorb faster bc you're using those muscles, and it can make you go too low.

Yea that is right. I take glucose tabs when i go ro the gym. I also rotate injection sites. Both arms, both thighs, and both sides of my stomach

Hi****can I ask why u say thighs are best. I am newly diagnosed type 2 and have stopped injecting into my thighs last week as it has been getting painful, I have very skinny legs so very little fat

****thanks for the tip about thighs before running never would have thought of that, will keep that in mind when going for a bike ride as my blood sugars are still all over the place

Hi**** If you use 12.7mm needles you can inject intramuscular. Works quicker as well but has shorter life. I use the outside of my arm just below the shoulder.

Arms have best absorption rate for alternative sights:)
