anytime bedtime glucose is lower than morning is usually, what they call, dawn phenomenon. - means you had a low blood sugar around 3 am. then your body over compensated

Are you sure? My yesterday bedtime blood glucose is 4.5mmol and this morning fasting blood glucose is 5.4mmol

I scare that my bedtime blood glucose is too low and cause hypoglycemia in the midnight

to keep my CGM low alarm from going off at night I like to be at 95 or so b4 bed.
