where people touched by diabetes help each other.

does anyone have an allergy to Humalog? It's the only thing I can explain my itchy red infusion sites with.

I think some insulin is derived from pigs and I've heard some people can be allergic. Might be something to look into?

it's very unlikely to be a reaction to Humalog. but could be to the plaster or if you are leaving set in for longer than 4dys?

is important to know that each one of us IS ALLERGIC by nature on animal and synthetics insulin. however the majority will not feel any side effects

regardless of the outcome WE ALERGIC TO insulin that is not ours and also antibodies will start to show up (takes a while)

so the only way out to alleviate this is to change insulin (make sure that is not related to the infusion set)

people that inject insulin for bodybuilding and are not diabetic can become diabetic in the long run. it has been found that your body makes antibodies and then it might attack the fake insulin and your natural insulin (rare but it has happen)
