Hi everyone, any advice on Triseba over Lantus? I have been on lantus since I was diagnosed 4 years ago and my insurance is finally letting me try a new long acting since my sugars bounce constantly:(

Works great. No sting and for me at least atresia works as advertised. Do you have a specific question? Also you can get a copayment savings card here (yes, it is good for thesis even though it mentions novolog) https://www.novolog.com/copay-register.html

I switched from Lantus to Tresiba because I was taking so much, it was hurting my skin. My Endo also said that there is some research to show better absorption using higher concentration insulin, even at the same units. I like it...less to inject at the 200U concentration and works the same for controlling my sugars.

I tried Lantus when I was diagnosed and it wasn't controlling my numbers. My endrocologist switched me to Tresiba and that worked much better for me.
